We were very excited to be invited to @theimmersivenutcracker over the weekend! #hosted It’s not your typical nutcracker story… (there’s a three headed Mouse King!), but if you’re looking for a Nutcracker-esque performance that allows your kids to run around during the “show”, this might be for you. At 30 minutes long, it kept the attention of little ones, even if as a grown up, I felt like a lot of the original Nutcracker story was missing.

I wouldn’t replace seeing the ballet version of the Nutcracker with this, but it’s a great first “theater” step for younger kids!
